Buying a business is not as simple as purchasing real estate. Confirming that a business has the correct financial paperwork is as important as anything within a transaction. This can be done whilst you are in the comfort of your home, be it national or international. Why go to the expense of travelling to Florida, not to know whether the seller can back up what the listing may say. All you need do is sign a disclosure and we will request that paperwork be provided on your behalf to review before your travel. If it can not be, it is not the right business. Simple as that. Once the right business is found, we need to be sure that for the International buyer, the business will qualify for the appropriate visa? This is where we will work along side your immigration attorney to assure a smooth and successful application. Upon acceptance of your offer, we will then work along side your chosen accountant to perform due diligence.
